Bartosz moved from Poland to the Netherlands in 2013. He studied automotive engineering but preferred to work with machines. For years he worked as a machine operator and ended up at Kolmer thanks to his neighbour. He really likes it! “I really like the work here. Every day I’m busy converting motors for our customers. Every order is different and you can also find me in the paint shop on a regular basis. I enjoy the variety, the work is never boring!”

Bartosz is an amicable, hardworking colleague who feels responsible for the results. A large part of life consists of work. A pleasant workplace and a good relationship with his colleagues are therefore important to him. “You’re allowed to learn here and making mistakes now and then is part of it. Even though I’d rather not.” Bartosz happens to be a driven colleague who prefers to deliver his motors in perfect condition. Good enough doesn’t really cut it for him. He lives in Harderwijk together with his wife and two dogs. “My wife, this job and fishing, those are my three addictions. I never really believed the stories I heard about family businesses. But here at Kolmer it really feels like a family. I’m proud to have found such a great job as not everyone’s that lucky.”
