Expedition

During the final phase of his Logistics Employee training, Jarno joined Kolmer in 2019. And he really likes it here! He briefly considered a career in healthcare, but ultimately opted for logistics and Kolmer. Meanwhile, Jarno has also almost completed the Logistics Team Leader training and works four days a week in the warehouse. “The nice, close-knit group of colleagues and the good atmosphere here make me want to stay at Kolmer. My work is varied; picking orders, loading and unloading and clearing incoming goods. It consider it a challenge to work as quickly and efficiently as possible.”

Jarno is a social, trustworthy colleague who loves companionableness and can’t sit still. “I’m proud when the warehouse is neat and tidy and when we successfully complete our work every day. Kolmer is a great and social employer. You will be given opportunities to develop yourself and you will be helped in achieving this. As employees, we are involved in what is going on within the organisation and are free to share our thoughts.” Jarno lives with his parents in Putten. In his spare time he keeps the ball from entering the goal as goalkeeper of RoodWit ’58.
